Now this was fun to open　　（2008-10-17）
I like undead critters and creepy crawlies and this set delivered well. The other figures have a good mixture of transparencies and sizes and shapes and go well together. And although kind of gross, it was nifty too to see what a Rat Swarm would look like. If I were to go nuts and try to fill out a set, it would be this one, as many figures feel like staples to me and having extras wouldn't be at all bad. Other figures that I don't yet have from this one seem really cool.

アンデッド関係が充実した渋い魅力の第12弾　　（2007-03-01）
　D&D公式ミニチュアも本作で第12弾となりました。今回のセットのテーマが示すように、本作はアンデッドなどが充実しています。
　MMから収録されたDevourer、Ravenloftの著名なVampireであるCount Strahd Von Zarovich, Vampire、FRからはBeholder Lichなど凶悪なアンデッドが目白押しです。
　それに加えて、Rareでは Shield Guardian、Large Brass Dragon 、Large Black Dragon、Gorgon や Displacer Beast Manhunter などのMM収録の基本モンスターやサイオニクスを導入するとお世話になるLarge Astral Construct 、それにユーゴロスの支配者である Ultroloth などが魅力的なラインナップです。
　UncommonもBlessed Hunter、Bat Familiar、Celestial Giant Owl などの動物系、Air & Fire Mephit、Pseudodragonのよく使うミニチュアを始め、Canoloth、Intellect Devourer といった押さえておきたいミニチュアが並んでいます。
　最近の円安、原油高などで値段が高騰しているのが難点ですが、D&D好きとしては押さえておきたいミニチュアが多い、前作のBlood Warの派手さとは違った、渋いラインナップだと思います。
　個々のミニチュアについてはWotCのギャラリーとHJのギャラリーで確認することがいつものように可能です。最近では、後からEpicデータが追加されることも増えてきましたので、スカーミッシュ・ゲームのファンは是非ともWotCのサイトを押さえておくべきでしょう。
